- Temperature Control:Each barrel segment features independent temperature control (via electric heating, oil heating, or water cooling), offering high precision (±1°C or better) and a wide temperature range (100-400°C).
- FeedingSystem: Equipped with high-precision loss-in-weight or volumetric feeders (for main feed, side feed, liquid injection pumps), enabling precise control of feed rates and ratios for multiple components (powders, pellets, liquids).
- Vacuum/Venting System: Allows for multiple vacuum or atmospheric venting ports positioned along the barrel to remove moisture, solvents, and low-molecular-weight volatiles (devolatilization).
- PressureMeasurement: A melt pressure sensor is installed at the die head for real-time monitoring.
